We’re Moving!

Change Happens to Everyone

Many of you are already aware of some of the changes happening at Woodall Agency Insurance. For those of you who haven’t already heard, I have decided to renovate my Carriage House at home on Lookout Mountain to be the new home base for the business. Although our physical location has changed, the commitment of taking care of you, your families and your businesses remains the same.

It’s interesting that I often remind clients to reach out to me when transitions are in the works so we can make sure that plans match the new reality. Now I am in the midst of transition myself and the benefits of having planned it well have meant a seamless transition for you. The pandemic has brought many changes to the way in which we conduct business and I am happy to report that there are more options available for us.

· Many of the stressors of applying have been mitigated or reduced. Most applications are now done online. AI underwriting is often resulting in much faster processing time with fewer clients needing to go through the traditional underwriting process

· Meetings are now available virtually as well as in person. I have licenses in over 10 states and am actively working with clients across the US. We live in a much more mobile world and this enables me to work with families and referrals just about anywhere. I have experienced clients being much more comfortable having initial meetings in the comfort of their own home on Zoom. Often the family pet is joining us and our meetings are more relaxed. In person meetings are, of course, also available.

· My plan is to be here to support you for a long time. Working from home has really improved my efficiency (not to mention my happiness!) I believe you will find the conference room in the Carriage House to be a much more relaxed space for our planning conversations. Plus, finding downtown parking isn’t an issue here.

The new Carriage House is scheduled to be completed in Summer 2024 and I can’t wait to share it with you! In the meantime, please remember to stay in touch with me during your transitions so we can make a solid plan for the future based on your current situation, goals and needs. Also, I invite you to share my contact information with your friends and family, especially since location isn’t an issue anymore as I am working with more and more clients who live out of town. Together, we can make plans to take care of the ones you love.
